How long does the Ritaya POS setup take?
Most single-outlet restaurants are fully live within 1–2 days. This includes hardware installation, menu upload, staff training, and a live go-live call with our onboarding specialist. For chains with 5+ outlets, we schedule a structured rollout plan.
Is there a free trial available?
We offer a free live demo tailored to your restaurant type, followed by a 14-day pilot at your first outlet with no payment required. You only pay once you're satisfied and ready to expand.
Can I migrate my existing menu and customer data?
Yes. Our onboarding team handles data migration from most popular POS systems including Petpooja, PosIst, Limetray, and Excel sheets. We'll import your menu, categories, pricing, and customer loyalty data for you at no extra cost.
Does Ritaya POS work without internet?
Absolutely. Ritaya POS is built offline-first. Billing, order taking, KOT printing, and inventory tracking continue seamlessly during internet outages. All data syncs automatically once connectivity is restored.
What kind of support do you provide after going live?
All plans include phone, email, and WhatsApp support. We also provide a knowledge base, video tutorials, and regular product update webinars.
Do you support multi-branch / chain restaurants?
Yes — multi-branch management is a core strength of Ritaya POS. You get a centralised admin panel to manage menus, pricing, staff, and reports across all your outlets from a single dashboard. Custom menu overrides per branch are supported.
Which payment gateways are supported?
Ritaya POS integrates with Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe Business, and Paytm for Business. All major UPI apps, debit/credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets are supported. Cash and split payments are built-in.
Is Ritaya POS GST-compliant?
Yes. Ritaya POS is fully GST-ready. Bills include itemised SGST/CGST/IGST as applicable. You can generate GST summary reports (GSTR-1 format) and export them for your CA or filing directly on the GST portal.
