Yes. Ritaya generates fully GST-compliant tax invoices with CGST/SGST/IGST breakdowns, HSN codes, supplier GSTIN, buyer GSTIN, and all mandatory fields required by Indian GST law.

Can I bill without setting up inventory first?

Absolutely. You can start billing immediately using the "custom item" feature — just type an item name and price. You can add items to your product catalog at any time, and they'll appear in future bills automatically.

How does offline billing work?

Ritaya stores all your product catalog, pricing, customer data, and configuration locally on the device. When internet is unavailable, billing continues normally. All transactions sync to the server automatically when connectivity is restored.

Can multiple cashiers use the same POS?

Yes. Ritaya supports PIN-based employee login — each cashier has their own 4-digit PIN. Shift reports, cash registers, and performance reports are tracked per employee. Role-based permissions control who can apply discounts, void bills, etc.

Is there a limit on the number of bills per month?
