No. Ritaya charges zero commission on orders placed via your own ordering page. Aggregators like Swiggy and Zomato charge their own commission — that goes to them, not us.
How does Swiggy/Zomato integration work?
Integration is done via the UrbanPiper middleware. Once connected, orders from Swiggy and Zomato appear directly in your Ritaya POS order screen. You can also push menu updates from Ritaya to all connected platforms.
Can I manage delivery areas and time slots?
Yes. You can define delivery radius, minimum order value, delivery charges, and operating hours for your own ordering page. Pre-scheduled ordering for specific time slots is also supported.
Is this feature available for retail stores too?
